Our storage space is secluded and inconspicuous – from the outside no one would guess it’s a storage facility. The 6-acre fenced property is in a safe and secure location and has room to store your boat for the off season. Lucky’s Garage is only accessible via a single gated entry, and we also have on-site staff that help oversee the facility.

    You can rest easy knowing your boat is stored on a property that’s as discrete as they come. Surrounded by a 15-foot tall, 10-foot thick wall of Leland cypress trees, our boat storage space is out of sight and secure. The property is accessible by a single gated entry and we have staff on site to ensure your boat is safe.

    No Commitment, Affordable Monthly Plans

    Boat storage spots are available starting at a monthly fee of $125. If you only need somewhere to store your boat in the winter when it's out of the water, our flexible month-to-month storage means you only pay when you’re storing your boat here. No long-term commitments are required and you can cancel at any time.

We want to make sure you feel comfortable storing your boat with us. That’s why we’ll schedule an intake appointment before storing your boat here. During this appointment, we’ll take pictures of your boat, discuss where it will be parked, and answer any questions you may have about the facility. After your visit, you’ll receive your agreement to sign via DocuSign.

  • Our spaces rent between $125/month and $160/month depending on the size of your boat. 

  • Yes. Our 6-acre property is enclosed by a 15-foot-tall, 20-foot-thick wall of Leland cypress trees. Access is via a single gated entry, and staff is on-site. We do not publish our address, and the space is extremely secluded and discreet.

  • You can access the facility 7 days a week from 7 AM to 9 PM.

  • We can accommodate boats up to 40-feet long.

  • In addition to the first and last month’s monthly fee, you’ll need to schedule an intake appointment. During this visit, we’ll take pictures of your boat, discuss where it will be parked, and answer any questions you may have about the facility. Lastly, you’ll sign an agreement via Docusign.

  • For security reasons, we don’t publish our address. But we can tell you we’re located 14 miles from PDX.
